Flat Deposit

How it works?

Enhance the built-in deposit options and charge a flat deposit rate at the time of booking. WP Hotelier already offers the possibility to require a deposit before to confirm a reservation. But the deposit option included in the core is calculated as percentage of total price of the reservation.

With the Flat Deposit extension for WP Hotelier you will have the possibility to require a fixed price (flat rate) regardless of the booked nights.

Some examples:

• You have a room in your hotel that has a fixed cost of $100.00 per night. You can use the Flat Deposit extension to require a deposit of $50.00 to confirm the reservation, regardless of the number of nights.
• You have a room in your hotel that has a fixed cost of $100.00 per night. And a minimum of 5 nights is required to book a variation or room rate of that room (possible with the Minimum/Maximum Nights extension). You can use the Flat Deposit extension to require a deposit of $100.00 (the price of a single night) to confirm the reservation.
