How to get a refund

We're sorry to hear that our extension or theme did not meet your expectations. In most cases, the issues for requesting a refund are often resolvable submitting a support request. If you still prefer a refund, please complete the form below and we’ll be happy to review your request and process it as quickly as possible.

Before to continue: Please note that no refunds for purchases made before 2024-03-19 will be considered.

We're sorry but refunds are not applicable to annual license renewals or product upgrades. Requests for renewal or upgrade refunds will be declined.

Please use the same email that was used to purchase the extension or theme.

Select the extension or theme your issue is related to.

Please note that purchases more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a refund.

If you have problems getting Products to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days since the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk. Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

Refunds will only be granted for the original license purchase and do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No partial refunds will be granted for license downgrades, early termination, un-applied discount/coupon codes, etc.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on these criteria, you may request a refund using the refund request form. Requests sent via email or other means will not be considered.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM (UTC+1). Please allow adequate time for a response to your inquiry (24-48 hours). Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.
